"I've burned quite a few DVD's over the past few years, and in my experience, burning them faster than 2x will sometimes result in playback problems or no playback on certain DVD players (including my own), but not usually cause problems for computer playback. Rarely, even 2x has been a problem for people and 1x seems to be the safest. The people of New Hampshire who do not surf the internet need to learn about Ron Paul. It would cost far less and likely be far more effective to send a Ron Paul DVD to every registered voter household in New Hampshire than to advertise on TV, radio, and newspaper.

It would cost about $500,000 to make and send a DVD to every NH voter household.
